What is The Lemonade Diet?

The Lemonade Diet A.K.A. The Master Cleanse,  is just as it sounds, a diet consisting solely of just fresh squeezed organic lemons, with Grade B Maple Syrup, Cayenne Pepper and water.

It is a cleanse which is consumed for the  chosen number of days by the individual. Generally it is done for 7 days, up to 10 or even 12. Individuals report a number of beneficial results including one of the biggest draws-weight loss. Other benefits include increased energy, clearer complexion, a general feeling of well being, eliminated toxins and some have reported relief from health problems.
