Following up on the previously mentioned Lemonade Diet book, this is the Lemonade Diet Recipe.
* 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 10 oz of filtered water
This is only one serving, and individuals consume upwards of 6 servings daily. It can be made in one single batch and refrigerated. Make only enough for each day to maintain freshness.

Hi! It’s an EXCELLENT lemon recipe – I personally drink a glass of lemon water similar to this every day (have for 15+ years) – and I have one further suggestion for your readers. For people who may not want to use maple syrup (it may be too high glycemic for them), they can try agave syrup. They say that agave is easier for diabetics too – just a thought!
