* 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 10 oz of filtered water
This is only one serving, and individuals consume upwards of 6 servings daily. It can be made in one single batch and refrigerated. Make only enough for each day to maintain freshness.
